Membership & Eligibility

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on taka bat vip are conducted in BDT and must be completed through approved payment methods. Funds deposited must come from your own account only; deposits made through third parties are not accepted. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days after verification, though this may take longer in cases requiring security checks. The platform reserves the right to place payments on hold for suspicious or unusual transactions until an investigation is complete. All transactions are considered final, and the platform reserves the right to correct any erroneous transactions resulting from technical faults.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers on the platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be stated in the relevant offer details. Withdrawing directly from a bonus balance is not permitted; funds become withdrawable only after the specified wagering conditions have been met. Claiming the same bonus multiple times or taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, the decision of taka bat vip shall be considered final.
Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Harassing other players, using abusive language, or engaging in any form of inappropriate conduct will be treated as a violation of our community guidelines. If a technical error is exploited to gain abnormal profits, the platform reserves the right to void the transactions in question. Compliance with anti-money laundering regulations is mandatory for all members, and any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
The platform's liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of taka bat vip shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The platform shall not be held responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, server issues, or other technical failures. Any dispute must first be raised with our customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve it within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the platform's decision, you may seek resolution through independent arbitration. Amendments to Terms & Conditions and Enforceability

For significant changes, registered members will be notified in advance via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms & Conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of those terms. If a member does not wish to accept the updated Terms & Conditions, they may request that their account be closed. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect.
